Trying to blog regularly with ADHD is possible

     2018, new year which means new attempt to blog regularly.  My life is not that exciting on a daily basis but I have made positive changes since November and maybe sharing how I started the changes will help someone going though what I went though in 2017.  You see I was depressed.  I mean the kind of depression that is not very obvious to others but definitely obvious by my health and lack of motivation to do anything daily.        Yes, I have a job but I went from working with people and getting out of the house daily to working from home.  It can be quite lonely working from home, even with 3 dogs.  I feel isolated a lot still but started making an effort as of November 2017 to leave the house a few times a week during lunch.  Whether I go for a walk outside or go out to grab lunch really depends on how I'm feeling.  I did start walking daily and had trouble completing a mile initially.  I am now w...
